    This matter is before the Board on its own motion.
    On April
    12,
    1990, the Board proposed, for first notice, subdockets
    (A) and
    (B)
    of the instant rulemaking.
    Those subdockets proposed that the
    Board
    adopt
    portions
    of
    the
    California
    motor
    vehicle
    control
    program for Illinois.
    The Board today dismisses subdockets
    (A) and
    (B) of this proceeding.
    Those two subdockets are closed.
    However,
    the exhibits,
    transcripts,
    and comments
    from those dockets will
    remain
    in
    subdocket
    (C).
    The Board
    notes
    that
    subdocket
    (C),
    proposed
    by
    the
    Board
    on
    October
    11,
    1990,
    remains
    under
    consideration by the Board.
