    Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) of the promulgation of a
    revision to the Standard of Performance for New Stationary
    Sources (NSPS):
    Subpart EE
    Standard of Performance
    for Surface Coating of Metal Furniture
    40 CFR 60 (35 Ill. Ada. Code 230.410)
    Pursuant to Section 9.1 of the Environmental Protection Act,
    the Board is required to adopt amendments ‘in substance
    identical
    to the federal NSPS amendments.
    The Board will do so
    through incorporation by reference of the federal amendment as a
    peremptory amendment.
    The Board has also updated the CFR
    reference to the 1984 edition.
    ORDER
    The Board hereby adopts the following amendment to Title 35:
    Environmental Protection; Subtitle B:
    Air Pollution; Chapter I:
    Polluticn Control Board; Part 230*
