The proposed oxidant episode regulation amendments are

hereby remanded to the Illinois Environmental Protection

Agency

(Agency) for further study with respect to testimony

presented at the hearings held on the matter, public comment

pursuant to said hearings,

and any information or data

received by the Agency since the amendments were proposed.

The Agency shall resubmit the amendments with any

changes deemed appropriate upon review of the aforementioned

study on or before November

15,

1975.

A Board Opinion on this matter is forthcoming.
