ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by R.C. Flemal):
By order of July 6,
1995 the Board denied petitioner R.P.

directed petitioner to brief why any remaining issues are
appropriate for hearing.
Petitioner’s brief was due to be filed
with the Board by August 6,
1995.
On August 7,
1995 petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of
Time to File Brief Concerning Hearing on Remaining Issues.
Petitioner requests
an
additional two weeks to prepare the
required brief.
In light of the Board’s July 20,
1995 decision
in Stroh Oil Co.
V.
Office of the State Fire Marshal, PCB 94—215,
which dealt with issues similar to those outstanding in this
case, the Board grants petitioner’s request.
Considering this is the Board’s earliest opportunity to
respond to petitioner’s request, the Board will grant petitioner
an extension until August 30,
1995.
