    a request for
    a public hearing regarding proposed
    rule 215.205 published in the
    Illinois Register
    August

    1985

    p.
    12583).
    This motion is granted.
    The
    hearing officer
    is directed
    to schedule a hearing
    in
    this
    matter.
    The hearing officer may,
    in the interests of time and
    efficiency, combine
    the hearing regarding this rule with other
    pending matters in this proceeding.
    On August
    26,
    1985,
    the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency filed
    a motion to reopen the record
    in this proceeding
    concerning the
    internal offset rule (Section 215.207),
    petroleum solvent dry cleaners (Part 215, Subpart
    Z)
    and coke
    manufacture and by—product recovery (Part
    215, Subpart U).
    The
    Board will attempt
    to address this motion at
    the Special Board
    meeting
    on September 20, 1985.
