    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On December
    4,
    1986, Bravo—Ernst Developers
    (“Bravo—Ernst”)
    filed
    a motion to withdraw petition for variance, reciting that
    all parties have stated they do not oppose the motion.
    However,
    as the Board has already issued
    a final opinion and order
    in this
    case, withdrawal
    of
    the petition for variance
    is inappropriate.
    The Board construes Bravo—Ernst’s motion as a motion to withdraw
    the September 18,
    1986, motion for reconsideration of the August
    14,
    1986, Opinion and Order.
    The motion to withdraw is granted.
    Since hearing
    is presently scheduled for December
    19,
    1986,
    the Board
    is acting on the motion to withdraw today.
    If the
    Board’s action misconstrues any parties’
    intention, appropriate
    motions must be filed prior
    to 5:00 p.m., Monday, December
    15,
    1986.
    If there
    is no filing by Monday,
    December
    15,
    1986,
    hearing will be cancelled.
