a response
to Pearson’s January
14 motion
for
stay of the conditions contested
in this permit appeal.
The
Agency has no objection
to the stay “provided however that timely
resolution of all matters
at issue are provided for”.
The motion
for stay of the contested conditions,
and the
deadlines for activity contained therein,
is hereby granted.
The
Board notes
that hearing
is presently scheduled
for April
3,
and
that the Board’s decision
is due on May
14.
Adherence to this
schedule should satisfy the Agency’s concerns.
