HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On July 14, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties agreed that the above-captioned matter should be scheduled for

hearing. To that end, a hearing was scheduled for November 3, 2005. The time and location of

the hearing will be noted in the notice of hearing.

 

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-

hearing conference with the hearing officer on September 29, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The

conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for

its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the

above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
