    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 31, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are meeting next month to discuss the possibility of settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 19, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
