    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On October 25, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the parties were
    still waiting for the Office of the Attorney General to review respondent’s referral of a related
    enforcement matter that will be relevant to finalizing the compliance plan for this permit.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on November 29, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
