HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 28, 2005, the complainant orally requested that the dispositive motion due
date be extended to and including October 17, 2005. Respondent 4832 S. Vincennes, L.P. (4832
S. Vincennes) had no objection. Complainant’s request is granted. Complainant’s and 4832 S.
Vincennes’ respective dispositve motions are now due on or before October 17, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 3, 2005, at 10:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
