HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 29, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. The complainant
represented that a stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) is being circulated for
signatures. To that end, it was agreed that respondent’s answer is now due on or before
December 22, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 23, 2005, at 9:00a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
