HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 14, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent Batteast
Construction did not appear. Complainant represented that it and Batteast Construction are still
discussing settlement involving a supplemental environmental project. The complainant and
respondent 4832 S. Vincennes were directed to submit a proposed discovery schedule on or
before April 29, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 23, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
