    HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On April 30, 2004, the attorney for the respondent Newby Oil Company (Newby),
informed the hearing officer that he would not be able to appear at the scheduled May 27, 2004,
telephonic status conference. After contacting the other parties, Newby’s attorney informed the
hearing officer of a alternative an agreeable date. To that end, the May 27, 2004, telephonic
status conference is cancelled and is rescheduled as noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 24, 2004, at 10:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for
its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status
of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
