    HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On May 17, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held with the hearing officer. The
attorney for the Village of Grayslake was unable to appear due to a scheduling conflict.

The respondent appears to be optimistic that a settlement will be reached in this matter,
however, there appears to be one remaining issue to be addressed. Negotiations continue. The
respondent represented that it has recently received its building permit from the village.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on June 30, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
