GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION,

Respondent.
INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by Mr.
Zeitlin):
On October 14,
1976,
this Board entered an Order denying
General Motors’ Motion
for
Judgment on the Pleadings,
and dismissing
PCB 75-35,
a Permit Appeal action,
as moot.
On November 17,
1976,
General Motors
filed
a Motion for Modification, amounting to a
Motion for Reconsideration
as regards the dismissal of PCB 75-35.
On November
18, General Motors filed another Motion,
asking that
the instant proceedings be stayed generally pending resubmission
of
a permit application for the facility in issue,
and action
thereon by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Inasmuch as the latter motion
is a direct response to
direction given in our October 14,
1976 Order, we feel that
it
would be inappropriate to rule now on the November
17,
1976 Motion
for Modification.
We shall instead grant the Motion for Stay, and
defer consideration of
the Motion for Modification pending the
termination of
such stay, without prejudice
to General Motors.
