    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On October 27, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
    with the hearing officer. The parties are discussing the possibility of settlement.
    Complainant’s inspector reports that there is still a small amount of work to be done at
    the site.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on December 13, 2005. The telephone status conference will
    be initiated by the complainant.
