    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 12, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss settlement. Respondent filed a motion for
    extension of time until June 5, 2005 to answer the complaint, and complainant does not object.
    The motion is granted.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on June 2, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
