The Illinois Environmental

Protection Agency

(“Agency”)

filed

a written response on the

morning of May

22,

1986.

Lamplighter

needs to clarify its motion for clarification by

submitting

a proper affidavit pursuant

to 35

Ill. Adm. Code

103.241(c), which not only identifies

the affiant but also

establishes his relationship to this proceeding.

In addition,

the Board would appreciate from Lamplighter

a

reply

to the Agency’s response, especially concerning

the

accuracy of statements regarding the allocation and availability

of

the population equivalents

figures.

The above information

shall

be filed with the Clerk of the

Pollution

Control Board no later than Monday, June

2, 1986, with

a copy due

in the office of Board Member John C.
