Illinois EPA respectfully requests that the hearing be held during the first or second week
of June.
A hearing date in early June will provide the parties with adequate time to
review the Illinois EPA’s pre-filed answers, and will help minimize any “down time”
during which the Board and the parties are doing nothing more
in this pro~eeding
than
waiting for the hearing date to arrive.
