    On June 10,
    1981, the Board ordered Kennedy to amend its
    June 8, 1981 petition to cure specified defects,
    or the petition
    would be subject to dismissal.
    On July 31,
    1981 the Agency moved
    for dismissal, as no amendment had been filed by the July 25
    due date.
    ~s no response to the Agency’s motion and no amended
    petition have been filed since then,
    this action is hereby
    dismissed.
