As a former resident of the

neighborhood,

seen the day to day

operation of these people who are trying to make a !Mng for

themselves and extended families, their employees. These people are

very

helpful and generous to the

people in our community.

In review of their request to supplement their permit

I discovered a

letter from a former neighbor of mine who is a Kankakee County

employee, specifically an employee of our State’s Attorney Office

who

criticizes United Disposal. Then again as my neighbor she

complained about everything. Her claims and accusations are

certainly fabricated.
