    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 23, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties expect the settlement agreement to be finalized before the next status
    conference.
       
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 22, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
