    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 6, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. Respondent did not appear. Within the next two weeks, petitioner will send respondent
    a revised permit application for respondent’s review.
     
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 5, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
     
    The statutory decision deadline for this case is currently January 24, 2005.
