    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On October 14, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent again did not appear. Petitioner has received about “90 percent” of
    respondent’s revised language on the permit conditions, but is still awaiting responses on the
    remaining issues. Once the parties resolve the permit condition language, petitioner will dismiss
    this case.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:00 p.m. on November 16, 2004. To attend the telephone status conference, please

    discuss the status of this matter.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
