    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 7, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner reports that the parties continue to
    negotiate settlement of this matter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on January 11, 2005. The call shall be initiated by petitioner.
      
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
