WAIVER OF DECISION DEADLINE
NOW COMES Petitioner, TED HARRISON OIL CO., INC., through its undersigned
attorney, and waives its right to a decision within 120 days ofApril 21, 2003, the date offiling of
the Petition for Review for Permit Denial, pursuant to
Section 40(a)(1) of.the Illinois Environmental
