filed with the Board a Motion to Extend Variance until September
10,
1975.
The Board Order
in this case, on June
6,
1975,
stated that the Variance could not be extended beyond July 31,
1975,
“unless there is an explanation for the longer
contract schedule and there
is compliance with
the requirements of Train v. N.R.D.C.,
et al.
If Illinois Youth Center chooses to submit
a
new Petition for Variance Petitioner should
fully address those issues.”
Petitioner’s Motion to Extend Variance is inadequate and
is hereby denied.
