The petition filed April 24, 1975 is inadequate in that
it does not show ownership or control of East Loon Lake;
it
does not state whether East Loon Lake or its downstream
discharges are public or private water supplies;
it does not
disclose the chemical composition or effects of “Dolapar”
or tiendothall silnex” which are proposed to be used nor
are dosages of these materials given.
Finally the Rule or
Rules from which variance is desired is not given.
Petitioner shall amend the petition within
45 days to
provide the needed information.
Failure to timely file the
needed information shall make the petition liable to dismissal
for inadequacy.
The 90—day decision period set by statute shall
run from the date of filing the additional information.
