the environmental effects quantified in any way.
 Petitioner

 ordered
 to
 give the strength and quantity of carbon monoxide
emissions;
 the proximity of residences; and the ambient air
quality resulting from the discharge for which variance
 is
 requested.
The information detailed above shall he filed within
 45
days from the date of this
 order.
 Failure to timely file
 this
material shall make the petition liable to dismissal for inade-
quacy.
 The 90-day period set by statute for a decision shall
run
from the date of filing the amended petition.
