    granted are quantified in any way.

    a definite program
    for compliance put forward.
    Petition is directed to amend the petition within
    45 days
    to provide the information required in Procedural Rule 401(a) (2).
    A waiver for the time elapsing from the date of this order to the
    filing of the additional information from the 90-day decision
    period
    shall also be filed.
    Failure to timely file the above-listed materials shall
    make the petition liable
    to dismissal for inadequacy.
