    This matter coming to be heard on the Motion for Consolidation
    of Proceedings,
    filed September 4, 1974,
    on behalf of Citizens for
    a Better Environment, the Board being fully apprised in the premises,
    finds
    as
    follows:
    1)
    Petition for Variance in PCB 74-277 was filed on July 19,
    1974.
    2)
    That date on which this matter must be decided on according
    to Sec.
    38 of the Environmental Protection Act is October 29,
    1974.
    3)
    That consolidation of these proceedings would delay completion
    of
    a record in PCB 74-277 beyond October 29.
    Therefore,
    IT
    IS THE ORDER of the Pollution Control Board that
    Motion for Consolidation of proceedings is hereby denied.
    I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
    Board, certify that the above Order was adopted by the Board on the
    19th day of September,
    1974, by a vote of
    5 to 0.
