This matter
is before the Board on a September
26, 1988
motion for extension of time filed by the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency (Agency).
The Agency seeks
an extension of
time, until October
28,
1988,
to respond
to a motion for
reconsideration and stay filed
by the Village of Winnetka.
The
Agency states that it needs additional time
to respond “to allow
the exchange of proposals between Winrietka and the Agency to seek
resolution of procedural
arid
substantive disputes between the two
involving
issues raised by Winnetka’s motion.”
Counsel for
Winnetka has advised the Agency that Winnetka does not object
to
the grant of the motion
for extension of time.
The Board will grant the Agency’smotion.
The Agency’s
response shall
be filed by October 28,
1988,
so that the Board
may consider the matter at its November
3,
1988 meeting.
