    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
    Southern Illinois Regional Landfill, Inc. filed a petition for an adjusted standard on
    March 13, 1997. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) filed its response to
    this petition, as required at 35 Ill. Adm. Code 106.714, on March 13, 1997.
    Based upon a review of the petition, we find that it does not contain the information
    required by 35 Ill. Adm. Code 106.705(f). In pertinent part this rule requires Petitioner to
    provide the following information:
    (1)
    a narrative description of the proposed adjusted standard sought;
    (2)
    proposed language for the adjusted standard which Petitioner asks the
    Board to adopt;
    (3)
    a description of the efforts necessary to achieve the proposed adjusted
    standard; and
    (4)
    the costs corresponding to the efforts necessary to achieve the proposed
    adjusted standard, including the overall capital costs, as well as
    annualized capital and operating costs.
    The Board notes that the Agency included language for the proposed adjusted standard
    at page 5 of its response. That notwithstanding, the Petitioner is directed to file all the
    information necessary to satisfy the information required pursuant to Section 106.705(f), no
    later than April 17, 1997.
