    REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR
    NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE LANDFILLS
    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On August 17,
    1990,
    the Board adopted
    a Final Opinion and
    Order
    in this proceeding and directed the Clerk
    off the Board
    to
    file
    these regulations with the Secretary of State.
    Due to the
    nature and complexity
    of this proceeding,
    the Board, on its own
    motion,
    is reconsidering that Order
    today
    in order
    to correct
    a
    typographical error
    in the August
    17,
    1990 Order.
    The
    typographical error occurs on Page
    18 of
    the August
    17,
    1990
    Order,
    on lines one and eleven of Section 811.101(b).
    In order
    to insure consistency with
    the Second Notice Opinion and Order of
    June
    7,
    1990,
    the phrase “two years after
    the effective date of
    this Part”
    is
    hereby amended to
    read “one year after
    the
    effective date of
    this Part.”
    The Board notes
    that the language of Section 811.101(b)
    as
    included
    in the Second Notice Order and as discussed in the
    Second Notice Opinion and the Final Notice Opinion
    is consistent
    with the amendment adopted by the Board today.
    While this error
    was discovered prior
    to the acceptance for filing of
    the August
    17,
    1990 Order
    by the Secretary of State,
    it was unfortunately
    not discovered until after
    that Order had been mailed
    to the
    persons on the Notice List.
    The Board today readopts the Final
    Order of August
    17,
    1990,
    as amended.
    The Board directs
    the
    Clerk
    to file these regulations as amended with the Secretary of
    State and cause publication
    in the Illinois Register.
    The Board
    also will
    send copies of an errata sheet as
    a substitute
    for Page
    18
    of
    the August
    17,
    1990 Order
    to all persons listed on the
    Notice List
    for
    this rulemaking.
