PROPOSED ORDER OF THE BOARD

The following Appendix A is hereby proposed for adoption

as an amendment to the Board’s Procedural Rules.

This action

is being taken pursuant to the requirements of Section 4.01

of the Administrative Procedure act

(Ill.

Rev. Stat.

ch. 127,

§1004.1).

It should be noted that this appendix is intended

for general public informational purposes and is only a summary

of existing Board rules and procedures.

The Board will receive

comments on this proposal for 45 days for the date of this Order.
