    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 24, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney is waiting to hear from its technical unit, but does not
    expect a problem with petitioner’s most recent request.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on October 6, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadlines in these dockets.
