Abstract:	- ILLINOIS POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD December 19, 2013 ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY, Complainant, v. - G AND E FIVE, LLC AND NORTHWIND RAS, LLC, Respondent. - (collectively respondents). - See 415 ILCS 5/31.1 (2012); 35 Ill. - 2010306637. - The Agency alleged that on September 27, 2013, respondents violated Sections 21(p)(1) and (7), of the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/21(p)(1) and (7) (2012)) by open dumping waste leading to litter and in a manner resulting in deposition of general construction or demolition debris, or clean construction or demolition debris. Adm. Code 108.202(b). The Board therefore grants Agency’s motion, dismisses G and E from the case.
